Cloud server, cloud virtual host, and server hosting are completely inaccessible and cannot be used normally due to HOSTNIX failure.
The user cannot access the cloud product due to false operation or being attacked, or the IP is blocked.
Packet loss or delay caused by carriers or damage caused by force majeure and accidents is not covered by compensation.

1. You can apply for a refund within 5 days after purchase;
2. Cloud server user is limited to a maximum of 1 refund and 1 unit per user, each user's cloud virtual host is limited to a maximum of 1 refund and 1 unit;
3. Failure to sign a contract and apply for an invoice;
4. Some active products do not support 5 days refund (for details, please see the rules of the event).
User Center Submits Refund Request > System Review Pass > Money is refunded to your HOSTNIX account and you can go check your account directly at the User Center.
Renewal and upgrade orders are sub-orders, you can't apply for a refund; if the main purchase order meets the refund rule within 5 days, you can apply for a refund;
